Why PreGrade exists
Most grading mistakes happen before the card ever leaves your house.
Collectors and dealers lose money, damage grails, and downgrade cards not because they are careless, but because they are forced to guess. Guessing on centring. Guessing on surface. Guessing whether a card is “probably a 10”.
PreGrade exists to remove that guesswork.
We are not here to encourage grading.

PreGrade analyses your card the same way grading companies do. We look for centring issues, edge wear, corner flaws, and surface defects that quietly kill grades. Then we give you a conservative likelihood range and a clear verdict.
If the confidence is not there, we will tell you not to grade.
Because protecting a grail is more important than chasing a slab.

Is PreGrade an official grading service?
No. PreGrade is a decision-support tool that estimates grade likelihood before submitting to PSA, BGS, CGC, or other grading companies. We do not issue grades or certifications.
How accurate are the predictions?
We provide conservative likelihood ranges, not guarantees. The system is tuned to avoid false confidence. When uncertain, we recommend holding or keeping the card raw.
What cards does PreGrade support?
We are launching with Pokémon only. Other TCGs are on the roadmap based on partner demand.
